Holistic is the alternative - your body has the ability to heal itself.  With modern medicine, drugs are used to combat ailments when in reality, they aren't always necessary.  I believe that there should always be an alternative for you to try.  When I say 'healing', I don't mean cured but that you will feel better in yourself.

We can offer many types of massage. Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Sports and Shiatsu. All massages are tailored to suit your needs;

Complementary Treatments

Indian Head: is based on an ancient Indian ayurvedic system of healing.  It  provides a relaxing and distressing treatment that concentrates on the upper back, shoulders, up the neck and into the head to encourage better energy flow. Finishing with the clearing of your chakras $30

Reflexology: is the manual massage to the feet to 'rebalance' the energy in your body to help stimulate the natural healing process where needed.  Your body is made of invisible meridian lines that pass thru all the organs and when the energy flow is affected, pressure added to specific areas will help improve this. $40

Reiki (Universal Engery): is the Japanese form of hands on healing. Reiki's natural healing energy works on every level, not just the physical but increases the body's ability to heal itself. Reiki works on the spiritual, physical and mental as well as the energy systems in the body helping to realign congested areas such as meridians and chakras. $40
